Art on the Prom began its journey in 2002, and this year marks its 19th active year. Proudly produced by Bonny Williams, Iona Hodgson and Nichola Adams, along with a dedicated team of freelance producers, we guarantee a joyful, vibrant, and successful event that benefits local artists and art enthusiasts alike.

The 2025 event is made possible through generous support from East Suffolk Council, Felixstowe Town Council, and other sponsors. The event remains significantly subsidised, relying heavily on financial support from local authorities and community supporters. Art on the Prom continues to operate as a standalone business with a not-for-profit remit, ensuring that any surplus after covering costs is reinvested into future events.

Art on the Prom takes place from 10am to 5pm along Felixstowe’s beautiful seafront on Sunday, 7th September 2025.

We’re also delighted to welcome a select group of artisan food and drink producers, adding delicious flavours to enhance your experience. Click here for travel information and here for accommodation options.

Dogs are warmly welcomed! As the Prom can become very busy, please keep your furry friends on a lead and remember to bring a bowl – drinking fountains are available along the Promenade.

Drinking water is available from fountains along the Promenade – please bring your refillable bottles!
